It was a Nintendrone throwing shade at the Vita because it STILL holds up and yes I have a huge physcial library and NO, most aren't weeb games even tho I'm a proud weeb myself. My Enso modded PSTV on my oled monitor with an upscaler is superb...playing games at NEAR 60FPS with a dualshock 4 is amazing!!

My only complaint with the vita is that despite my hands being small, my hands still cramp up But it is so worth it, been bringing* it around recently to play freedom wars

I don’t know if it’s with age or with extreme gaming. Compared to my teens or early 20s, my hands cramp up too when I play on any handhelds nowadays. Also while playing intensive titles using joypads my fingers hurt & get fatigued.

@@DrBrute7 it’s weird, I’ve never had hand cramping issues on any other console even the switch which I know gets a lot of complaints, I’ve got the slim tho so maybe that’s why it’s a bit tight on the hands

vita island 4L but the controls are ass most of the time ngl, i don’t have huge or really even big hands, but the “sharp” edges on buttons are noticeable, that’s one reason i kept my psp after getting the vita

I love the idea that the buttons are so sharp that your fingers will bleed and bust open by mashing x a few times

I got it specifically for child of light. Great device to play on at the time.

Hey Bro. I don't know if you saw my comment on that guy's video but you really had good points with regards to the Psvita. It is an amazing console, especially when it's modded. It's portable too and you can take with you during travels etc. I don't hate or dislike the guy. Just some of his opinions didn't add up to what he was trying to explain. We all have the right to give our opinions on a topic. Much respect and great video Bro👊🏼

I would’ve put in a blind eye but I make vita contents, I got respect for the community & he dismissed them, pretty sure because he didn’t have much idea about it. Also it’s misleading to new potential users too. Had to clear some points out.

Bought it a week ago, it's a great console with a very alive modding community, it feels light, nice to hold, in terms of games it has a great variety, in terms of homebrew games it's even better, with hollow knight, most ps2 gtas, bully and some more, quite the emulation machine as well, also u can play 4 personas from it, so why not??

The truth is that the Vita can't do anything that my 4yo OnePlus 7T Pro can't do better except playing Black Ops Declassified online. If you got an old Vita at home I totally recommend jailbreaking it cuz you can still do so much with it, but for a mobile Handheld for daily usage it's just really outdated. The rear touchpad is horrible in the few games that supports it, I really don't know how you can defend the horrible Analog Sticks. yes they are better compared to the PSP but I already searched for Xbox like replacements because they really don't feel precise at all to me. Sadly there ain't analog stick replacements for the vita to find online. The Hardware is also just outdated. GTA SA, Bully, GoW and even Flatout Ultimate Carnage (this is a PSP title) run absolutely like shit even after overclocking to the max. Speaking about PSP and Adrenaline, i didn't found any way to crank up the resolution so you are forced to count pixels on your PSP Games, something thats possible with PPSSPP up to 4k without any issues (as long your hardware can handle it). I have had my vita since 2013 and just jailbroke it 4 months ago. I don't see any problems with the jailbreak or homebrew community since they just keep the Vita alive with awesome ports and I respect the work behind all of that honestly but I really can't recommend someone buying a Vita for still a lot of money in 2024 because the smartphone all of us own can just do much better. I know this will make a lot of Vita Fans Buthurt but this is just the truth spoken. It's not like I hate the Vita since I already said I have my own since more then 10 Years but it's just outdated Hardware.

Good points. I find those joysticks quite comfortable, a lot of people do. But definitely the rear touchpad is an overkill for me. Idk man but those games you mentioned runs very well on my vita. I don’t experience much lags. Bully crashes though due to memory leaks after prolonged play. Also for the analog stick replacement you can get them off Aliexpress & for a cheap price. But the homebrew scene for the vita is amazing. But yes, to each their own. But definitely it’s a great handheld.
