I noticed with my salt air deodorant, the more that I sweat the better it smells

Sweating was the hard part (to get used to) but I prefer a natural deodorant so I’m also accepting a little sweaty sweat sweat 😂

I’m honestly using it as a nighttime skin care for my underarm skin. After another week, my underarms have a noticeable change and look better. Who knew???

Hi! Just found your channel. This video was so helpful! I am interested in switching to natural deodorant but I do jiu jitsu and have very close contact with people, do you have any recommendations for natural deodorants and sports? I just bought the wild brand but havent tried it out

Hi and welcome!! I love trying different natural, sensitive skin and aluminum free deodorants. I have been loving Lume deodorants and the acidify wash for underarms and private areas. It’s helped me enormously when I run and also at the gym. I hated how my gym shorts and running leggings make a scent from sweating, no scent at all when using lume ( but using both the wash and deodorant). I also have loved dr. Teal’s aluminum free deodorant soo much! I ran three races with that deodorant and it worked soo well, I still sweat a bit but there was no odour at all. I have a few more natural deodorants that I’m testing and will have reviews on. Please let me know if you are curious about any specific ones that I should test out and review. 💜💜💜

I guess i didn't know that Saltair had deodorant! I use necessaire and its the same consistency as the wet one.

You have such white and even colored armpits. How did you keep them this nice? I noticed that deodorants can darken your skin. Is there a way to lighten them again?

This is interesting that you noticed because I meant to mention why my underarms are not discoloured anymore. They used to be darkened a lot in a circle around the shave area and when I switched to non talc and non aluminum the colour faded. Something in traditional deodorants was irritating my underarm skin. I think it was talc and prop glycol. I plan to talk about it more in a vid. The serum is helping to lighten the rest.

Gee whiz you aren’t kidding that gel was super wet looking I don’t have patience for that lol

Totally understandable. It’s a nice smell but takes a long time to dry.

Have you tried salt and stone? I would like to see a review.

Is it cruelty free or PETA certified?

Great question! I checked their website in the “about us” section for details and their products are all Vegan and Cruelty Free. They don’t show the PETA certification though.
