Where did you buy a spare part?

hi Mr fix it,I wonder if you can advise me on my suitcase problem. Once the handle is up it won't go all the way down again it always gets stuck halfway, is this fixable?

I was expecting how to learn fix or repair a part (e.g. handler). Could you please do a video showing how to fix a stuck handler?

Hi Lucio, well, a telescopic handle is damaged, usually either if a part inside the handle is broken (e.g. button, metal wire, etc.), or often if the handle is dented or bended somewhere along the metal tubes. You can try to repair it by disassembling the handle, look for the dent and try to straiten it using a rubber-hummer. It requires some experience and expertise though :-) Cheers !
