My road to losing 90 lbs was very lonely, nobody was with me on that journey, every time I was in the gym late at night none of my friends or cousins were there. Once I really started losing weight people started congratulating me. Those first couple months were rough.

@@AndrewPruteanu you can do it my boy. I'm 50 and in decent shape but I've been 30% body fat and almost 240. You just gotta work everyday. Try to fall in love with the struggle and the pain in the gym, not the result. Make your consistency and your discipline your goal, not the result or the weight loss. Focus on consistency and all of those results will come and you'll be a damn warrior!

@@skamnaks yeah, this took so long for me to get. I used to just tell people my dreams and goals and what I was doing all the time. It took me a minute to realize most of those people were not for me at all. When I disappeared, my circle got tiny. And now, when I know people are not for me, I tell them nothing.

I am a beast. Everyday is a challenge that makes me better than the day before. There is no room for quitting in my life. We can all be this way. Be disciplined. The discipline coupled with motivation and inspiration will become drive. When you are driven, nothing will stop you

Consistency is key, it’s a slow process but worth it. If you can, see a nutritionist or dietitian and discuss where you want to be, if you can’t, there are heaps of macro calculators online that can give you a basic breakdown of what you need for your body type and age, diet is 80% of the process. Dont get caught up if the online, keep it simple and consistent. You got this.
