Was this a mistake? Wish someone would have talked about these before I bought my SBD belt, no I have no regrets and absolutely love this Belt. Instagram: lucaslift_

Would you consider buying titan multi adjustable lever blet? I heard some youtuber saying its actually as good as sbd and it would not hurt the leg when squating

They might be good in the short term, but an inzer or SBD belt will definitely out last it. Sbd belts are good for 5+ years They hold up well over time can't speak for for titan personally but I know they do make good equipment, knee shelves in particular

Did you consider going for the 10mm sbd. I am indecisive about which version of the sbd belt I should go for. I heard there isn’t much difference as long as you are lean.

The 10mm wasn't out yet when I bought mine, but if it was I'd probably have gotten it

@@danolo2762 I haven't tried it personally but I herd the 1mm feels really good. And the 13 I know from personal experience can get really painful sometimes but still worth it in my my opinion. Can't go wrong with either

I am honestly thinking about buying another belt and selling my SBD belt after 1 year use because it left bruises (doesn't go away) Squatting deep and still pinches my stomach. Also, I am at the second last notch or the last notch (on days i feel bloated)

Inzer belt is probably best bet after SBD. Like half the price too

I've seen people who have the belt go into their thighs swap it around so the lever is on their back, this might help you

Belt adds 5-10% weight and in powerlifting that is a lot. So yeah you'd be really dumb not to use it if you compete.
