Literally a masterpiece made video!!! I can't believe you vidded this drama and HIM!! I was so impressed with his acting in this and you definitely showed the many ways in which he succeeded in portraying such a complex character. The way you used this song, the pacing and different layouts give it all an incredible atmosphere, just wow!

Not knowing what is this about, I couldn't catch my breath while watching it!! just felt the exact same feeling I had watching the final scenes of Parasite, loved the pacing and your detailed editing so much!!

I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere in this, like all of your vids you create such a specific mood that sucks you in and keeps you captivated to the end. The way you shifted from how Do Hyun was perceived, as a remorseless psychopath, to what he actually he was, a man who felt deeply and couldn't figure out his own humanity, that was brilliant. And you did it in less than 2 minutes, truly you are so GOOD and I love when I know the fandom so I can appreciate all the intricacies and details you always have in your vids!!

@@Shainira it's kinda funny to me too, because I watched lots of editors, including you, several years ago and it feels like we all ended up editing kdramas years later. I suddenly get a recommendation of a kdrama edit of a show I watched, and I recognize the name of the editors but oftentimes from years ago, and it makes me so incredibly happy to then see those people I looked up to years ago, watch the same stuff as me now. :,)

I started watching during the pandemic...well i actually started with a chinesse drama and then ended up diving into the kdrama world and I'm so glad cause I discovered some shows that have become my favs :D

@@Shainira I did watch about 2 chinese and 2 kdramas on Netflix about 2 or 3 years ago but I never was a "big enough" fan to dive deeper into k-or chinese dramas. Then about 1 1/2 years ago I started watching lots of Thai BL's and through that I watched some korean gay dramas and only a few months ago I actually got into the whole kdrama world, and discovered how high quality all of them are. Lots of their storylines, the acting and incredible cinematography seems superior to, for example, american shows, in my eyes. :) What are your favorite kdramas?

The good thing about getting into it late is that you have a lot to discover, there always something to watch :) My fav korean dramas so far are: It's okay not to be okay, Flower of Evil, Crash landing on you, Sweet Home, True Beauty, Navillera, Color Rush, Extraordinary You and Move to Heaven. I enjoyed a lot of them but I think right now those are on top ^^

This is so excellent, wow!!!! You've captured him so perfectly, I'm in awe!!!! All these remarkable parallels, wow 😍😍😍😍😍

ahh this is a masterpiece! (well all your edits are), but i just keep rewatching thiss 0:20-0:32 the smile parallels wow; and 0:47 that was brilliant! and i love how in 2nd half there are showed more, real emotions, by contrast to beginning with the fake/psychopathic smile and scenes

fdajfdgghkl thank you soo much!! I'm so glad you saw the two parts of the video even if it's kind of blurry. Since he doesn't really know his own feeling I wanted to keep things messy. But I did focus more on the first part on the side he puts on to people and who they made him think he is vs who he actually is in the second hald and that is just a mess of feels. poor baby, I felt so bad for him while watching the show so many times... anyway, I'm so happy you liked it. THANK YOU! :')

this is INSANE and i only watched 20 seconds before i stopped and turned it off because i neeeeed to watch this show and come back to this edit once i *know*. you've always got such a grasp on the flow of your clips and how you harness them in your editing, i'm in awe of this and cannot wait to return and be blown away!!!

sara... what have you done here?! your editing is so crisp, so *electric* i swear there may as well be actual sparks coming out of my screen. i was entranced the whole way through, wanted to catch and taken in and breathe in every frame of this tense perfection you're created but then there were subtitles to read as well and it was so HARD hahahah oh well the only solution is to watch this enough times to memorize the lines, problem solved xDD how is it fair that you outdo yourself with every edit you create, how is that fair at all

I haven't seen this dorama yet (though the fact that you liked it speaks louder than any reccomendations, it's on my list now) but your editing style is as always captivating and beautiful. I'm in love with your videos, and this one (even not knowing the story behind) is thrilling and gives me chills 💕
