Thanks for fixing my perspective on this. I have a very strong push to coping but very weak float and that explains why I have difficulties full cab/spinning. So obvious now that you’ve explained it. My mom gets it now too.

Good explanation! I never really thought of it, like that, even though it's obvious. My fakie boards were always a bit of trouble, trying to find that nice pop. Working on it, though!

A breakdown of Frontside Ollies on mini ramp or quarter pipe would be epic… solutions for board coming off feet or slightly turning primo, landing too far towards flat, the approaching angle, shoulder position… Or anything else you notice about frontside ollies. Would love to hear your ninja details regarding this.

@@SKATEiQ Awesome man… yeah, a lot of people struggle with this one. I think it’s one of those things where it feels like there’s no explanation on why it doesn’t work. I’d really like to hear how you break this one down… Hyped that it’s on the list

Hi Mitchie, just an advice, if I may: I just learned about your Patreon website today in the live Q&A, and I needed to go to your KZread profile to find the link. You could add the link to your Patreon in all your videos descriptions. I see you added on this one, but it's not clickable (usually they are blue, when clickable), so it didn't caught my attention. Maybe that's just me, but I've been following you for a few months, and just learned about it today. Anyway, thanks for all the free content, super valuable stuff!

@SkateIQ Literally watching this right now after coming out of the hospital last night, since unfortunately I fractured my foot and ripped tendons in my ankle whilst attempting a 'rock to fakie' on a ramp at my local skatepark. It happened so fast as I was riding goofy and my left ankle rolled inwards and crunched hard under me and for the first time I physically felt and heard that kinda sound 😬 Now i'm out of action for at least 6-8 weeks, wearing a moon boot and using crutches.. It really sucks since I was making solid progress for the past 2 months that I've been back on the board (after a 15 year hiatus), and was excited to apply a lot of the knowledge learnt from you. Anyway, I'm grateful to be alive and to have ya as my virtual mentor 😁 I'll just have to study the theory for now and come back stronger in the near future. Thanks for all that you do Mitchie, I appreciate you bro! 💯👊🏽 P.S Wish me luck, since I'm also moving house this week starting tomorrow morning.. 😂🤦🏻

Noooooo im sorry man. It happens to the best of us. We just put out some lip trick stuff for vert too so maybe that will be good material. Just be patient, a few months is no big deal. Make sure youre 100% so you dont take any unnecessary steps backwards

@@SKATEiQ Thanks bro, I appreciate it. The most ironic part is that I was wearing full pads and helmet and the whole thing happened at the end of my session on the 3rd try, after which I was gonna head back home if I didn't make it.. Prior to that happening, I was nailing some rolling ollies, hippy jumps and most importantly conquered the drop in on a bigger ramp than previously, so was really hyped and confident which led me to biting off more than I could chew with the 'rock to fakie' attempt 😂 Any advice or tips from your personal experience for getting through injuries mentally and physically is appreciated 🤙🏽
