Greetings from Europe 🙂 I met many sweet women from Asia, mostly from Japan and South Korea, when I lived in America. Very easy to talk to. I loved getting to know more about their culture. They are polite, educated smile a lot. I remember when I returened home to Europe and they returened to Asia, we would still talk on the phone or skype for hours.

Good see then lovely lady from Kazakhstan again , the gentlemen from Mongolia seems like a giant next to them 😂 , even the guys seem short next to him 😂

Can you do something like Chinese Canadian vs Chinese, Korean Canadian vs Korena etc. like i guess one where they were born or raised here vs someone who came after highschool

As a Mongolian, I must say that this is basically a generation thing. So yeah I don't really agree with him. I am GenZ. I see many ppl showing affection in public not just GenZ is millennials too. He says "traditionally" but I would say "countryside" ppl are more likely to be like that. I wouldn't say that most people are like that but there is this thing called "pure Mongol shyness" which still appears in people sometimes. And it could appear differently than just dating. But it doesn't mean PDA is socially unacceptable. Especially compared to countries like Korea I would say we are really accepting of public affection.

Korean cosmetics and plastic surgeons is gorgeous, Vietnamese the same but without all of it. Korean men, when they get married, say exactly this: I don’t know what appearance my child will have when he’s born.

@@botlfpx No, there are many naturally beautiful Korean women. Korean men do not really say that. Korean surgeons have opened clinics in Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam and done very well. Many rich Southeast Asians come to Korea for surgery.

I'm Vietnamese and I'm taken. By a lovely, sweetest American lady ever. She does have a thing for Asian men, finding them attractive in general.

Clearly the acceptance of PDA in Kazakhstan is the direct influence of Russian culture being an ex-soviet state.

I would have assumed the Mongolians would be more similar to Kazakhstan in terms of PDA instead of more like East Asians. Confucian Sinosphere countries are definitely more on the conservative side.

I don’t think one person can give an objective answer, I haven’t been to other Asian countries but we have a similar mentality with other East and Muslim Asians. Only teenagers may do that in Kazakhstan I think, and I don’t feel comfortable seeing someone show that as a Kazakh. Like what’s the point of doing it in public if you can do it at home or in a secluded place.

I don't know if this is true or not but what I have been told is that Asian women like to date light skin guys, for example if a foreigner is light skin. im so sorry, im English. i consider malaysia not diversity as officially. Because as the constitution, it has put that Malaysia is malay country with islamic law. So, i got it from the class. So what u r talking if its meant unofficial is correct, but in official side its uncorrect towards ur statement

These are mostly Asian Americans though, no? Of course they are originally from the countries they represent, but based on their almost perfect English, it seems like they have been living in the west for some time now.

TLDR Story Time!!! I've seen a Korean couple's PDA in a grocery store, and it caught me by surprise. She was hugging his arm to the point that he bowed by her weight. I'm shopping for breakfast, and they were in the dairy section in front of the milk I needed to grab. They moved to another part of the store, and I was creeped out because it made me feel like I was following them. They went to the meat section where I needed to get sausage and bacon. Her arms wrapped tight around his torso inside his pea coat. His back nearly against the cold shelves. She was trying to kiss him. She's on her tippy toes! With her puckered lips trying to reach his, he's tall and tucked his chin back to avoid contact. HE LOOKED SO UNCOMFORTABLE. She was persistent and not paying attention to her surroundings when he saw me again. He tried to roll her arms down and off the way you'd roll a wet bathing suit off. Overall, it was a strange encounter. They were both properly dressed. I felt like I needed to leave to give them privacy in the grocery store at 7 am.

Please note that Korean Americans are very different from actual Koreans in social behaviors and values. They are literally very westernized. Even then, if they were fob Koreans, note that this occurred in the US, and not Korea, so that could've been a big factor as to their behavior, since they understand that PDA is more acceptable and less judged in the US than in Korea, where the elders will constantly look down upon you for such disturbing behavior. Korea is a very age-based/seniority-based society, so that means that you should always behave in ways that are acceptable in the eyes of someone older than you. But these days, a lot of younger Koreans are more Westernized in their values, being more accepting or understanding about these things. Just not the older generation. I've never seen my parents make out ever. Just a peck at most. They don't even sleep together anymore. Sex life in Asian households kinda dies, especially for baby boomer Asians. Lastly, we have this concept in Korea called skinship. It is our version of PDA, but it doesn't have to be public. It's all about showing displays of affection through physical touch. So from something as simple as holding hands to kissing. I think Koreans are more prude and innocent, almost sexually naive, compared to the average Western person of the same age group. Sex-ed is taught in a lot of Western schools, plus their tv shows and films are more open about teenage sex life. Korean dramas are far more prude, and they make a big deal about rather innocent scenes in the eyes of a Westerner, such as when the guy holds the girl's hand for the first time, or when they share a kiss. It's so romanticized, that time literally stops, and the camera goes on a whole 360 degree spin, with the main OST ballad playing in the background. But I personally find Japanese guys are even more deluded when it comes to romanticizing relationships, and they seemed to be more fixated on gender roles than even Koreans (Korea has a strong presence of feminist these days). A lot of Japanese guys expect to come home to a wife who cooked a nice warm meal to them, and would take their suit and iron it for them. Who the hell has the time for these impractical fantasies these days when women are also working long hours as men? Especially, in East Asian countries, where work hours are extremely long, and companies don't give an f about maternity leave. There is a reason why Koreans and Japanese have the lowest birth rate of any country in the world, plus the highest average age of marriage.

These countries dont have free access to birthcontrol or sexual education. So if the girl gets pregnant she's pretty much fucked since she's the slut and she will have to look for some illegal abortion clinic and risk her life and the trauma, or birth the baby somewhere and put in a baby box. Pregnant teenagers (or university students) aren't even allowed to attend classes and shame shame shame. The man is never guilty or responsible and she's the slut always but god forbids the man to pay for hamburger on first date
