How is X underrated?? He’s one of the GOATs. He’s done beats, bars, underground, mainstream, anthems and club bangers. I’m from London UK an let me tell you even over here when X first came out I remember walking home from school an there wasn’t a day someone wasn’t playing a DMX tune. DMX!! I'm 35 now but I remember being in highschool riding on the school bus, if u came on the radio the bus was lit! Especially the song party up! U were the voice for so many teenagers in my city. Even this white boy use to say he was the white DMX hahaha! He did look like a white DMX tho. Fuck ikr? I miss my god damn childhood. I remember this song used to blast all day when I was in 6th/7th grade. Like I literally miss that entire era of music. No matter which station you tuned into on the radio, a damn good song was playing.

Love, love, love his music and always hoped he would be healed but his scars go deeper than we know, as far back as his childhood and yes he sang about some of it but I Don't think he ever healed fron it.... I came up with DMX as a big part of my musical discovery over the years. Never knew there was a video! But fucking RIP DMX DAWG 4 LIFE!!

His music was there while I was going through harsh times during high school times. And he taught me English, too. Great guy. First celebrity I feel pity for.
