DM has always underestimated the depth and power of DFs journey and therefore assumed the role of a Director when he learnt about the TF connection. He tends to estimate her readiness from the perspective of his own speed of self awareness and transformation. It might have been a recent realisation for the masculine but it is a matter of decades of realisation and inner work for the DF’s in some cases. This is not out of ego but expressing the fact which masculines do not recognise. Second, there is no exclusivity for him. It will depend upon his own willingness to be transparent. He is curious, territorial, secretive and egoistic and goes into infinite loop of thinking and use a tactic of “prolonging” and “being mysterious” so that DF remains entangled.
