Must say message is pretty deep but can very much relate to the facts. This for sure is a spiritual connection that’s slowly and at times quickly, I pray is leading to genuine love. I believe the age difference and life experiences has a huge impact on the uncertainty of how he honestly feels and the acceptance of those feelings. My only serious concern is trust and his feeling of being tied down and confined after a while. My belief is that members of the clergy should uphold a certain standard (the same standards that you would expect from your flock or members). These are all just my personal opinions but I also believe that clergy should be married and in Union with someone. However, I was not seeking anyone holding that appointed position. I always wonder how he’s truly felt all this time. We’ll never see each other again tho. We’re both on much different and better paths now. But I still can’t shake how strong it felt when we crossed paths, it was like undeniable. Then it turned delusional somehow.. it’s been 3 years and I still can’t figure out how he pops back into my mind each day it’s insane. But I just ignore it. After all, the biggest lesson of my life came from our twisted experience together. I knew Jesus ❤, and I learned how attached and selfish my love really was. I feel like a completely different person. I wish I could reach out to tell him that I’m sorry for holding on when he was trying to let go. And sorry for getting furious when you didn’t want me. I just loved him so much I got scared and I was already so attached. I didn’t want to swallow the fact that we just couldn’t work out. Which still kinda bothers me from time to time but, I’m in a much better place now. I wouldn’t trade where I am now for anything in the world, even to be with you.
