But try not to listen to those songs daily on your way to work. Why? Because you are reliving those past situations with your ex-dude. Plus, that sets the standard for the whole day, the whole week, the whole month, the whole year!!! Do you really want to go another year, dealing with this b.s.? And also if you keep doing this, energetically, you are not letting him go. The songs, the thoughts, the memories, the places, the things.
