The PVP experience since the dlc dropped: 25% spam blind spot. 24% use great kitanas+bleed. 25% spam golden crux. 25% spam swift slash+bleed. And 1% use literally any other weapons.

@@swag489 pretty strong but it is meant to be a berserker weapon so you take more damage as the tradeoff. Nothing compared to swift slah, blind spot etc

​​@@echoinggarden6923use the deflect tear. crazy good with a shield. if ypu use a weapon then expect your stamina to drop more than using a shield. Great swords work well too. XD

I particularly loved the whole video accompanied with DS2 OSTs. Goes to show what ER truly is

Does golden parry allow you parry specific skills? Or does it just give you some range when parrying? I use carian retaliation would these work on ash of war parries that golden parry can?

The golden parry is the same as the normal parry, just with a little more I frames

It just gives range in exchange for costing a bit of fp. The frames are exactly the same as carian retaliation.

It is an expanded parry hitbox, deflecting melee attacks in a longer and wider area. From what I can guess, it was meant to be a parry for cooperators to better protect the host, covering them with a parry hit box to deflect melee attacks directed at them. Though many players just use it as an easier parry, and that's about it.

so you cannot parry the Flame spear part with carian retaliation?
