    Nadal vs Djokovic their h2h from 2006 until 2010 16-7 easy win for nadal Djokovic vs Federer, Federer easily beats Djokovic 13-6 in their h2h in favor of Roger, this was before Roger hits 30+ age So Djokovic really just started winning when Nadal became injury prone and Federer also got older and qas injury prone He just started winning when fed was 30+ and nadal became injury prone, he usually lose to nadal and federer until fed got older and nadal became injury prone and in fact most of djokovic slam wins in 2011 was when fed was 30+ old and nadal injury prone thats why he cant be the goat

    Goat criteria 1. Major titles 2. ATP finals titles 3. ATP masters titles 4. Olympic gold medal 5. Most weeks as world no 1. Hence Djokovic is goat of tennis he have 4 out of 5 criteria to become goat actually Djokovic won 64 big titles Rafael Nadal won 59 big titles Federer won 54 Big titles. 64>59>54 Djokovic>Nadal>Federer. Nadal can become goat if he wins 3rd Australian open title 3rd Wimbledon title 1 ATP finals title for sure mostly and be a 1st player to have major titles thrice simple which is extremely hard to do it at the age of 36 to 40. I am declaring Djokovic as a goat as a Tennis fan Djokovic is goat of tennis Congratulations to Serbians and people who like and respect Djokovic If Nadal wins 3rd Australian open title also he can't be called as goat also no point for sure As he needs to win 3rd Wimbledon title and 1 ATP finals title for sure which is most difficult and hardest task for 36 years old player. All the doors of goat Are closed for Nadal and Federer now No no it is not right Nadal must win 1. Paris masters title also like Djokovic and Federer. 3rd Australian open title 3rd Wimbledon title 1 ATP finals title 1 Paris masters title. 1 Miami masters title

Playing so well at the age of 34 that he is only behind the dominant number 1 is something to be proud of. Whatever people may think of him, he is not going away anytime soon. I think Djokovic will win the 4 grand slams next year. I really doubt Federer will be able to beat him at a grand slams, if at all. He will need a really inspired day plus not choking on break points like he always does against his big rivals. Nadal will probably get to the top 3 next year and maybe even pass Roger, I think, but Djokovic is simply the best player and I say this as a Federer fan. Wawrinka inspired could also have a chance at beating Novak, but I wouldn't count on it happening. In my opinion, Djokovic will end up winning more grand slams than Federer, not that it really matters, because the players that Roger beat at first were inferior to the top players today. If Roger, Rafa and Novak were all the same age, Federer probably would have won the least number of grand slams between them. Djokovic is the best of all times already in my opinion.

    +anonimouslayer Djokovic has the least number of Slams of all three, he is yet to be best of all times. As for his chances in 2016, anything can change over night. His form could get lower, others could step up, you never know. 4 Slams is nearly impossible, but we all know that by far his biggest goal will be the French Open. There, we can really expect him to leave everything on court.

    codshots4uxd Djokovic tanked the match so he could play Nadal in the semifinals instead of Wawrinka. His loss meant nothing because he was going to beat Berdych and Nishikori easily to advance anyway so his loss didn't matter. Also, it's amazing how Federer looked fine against Wawrinka in the semifinals last year, then the next day he's like "ow my back hurts, i can't play". He just didn't want to get owned like usual the last several years against Djokovic. He probably would've cried worse than he did after he lost to Nadal in the Australian Open Final back in i think 2009.

    When I saw Roger take a deep breath after the very first changeover, I just somehow knew he was going to play nervous and defensive just like he always does in big tournament finals especially against Djoko. I hope he gets over this inferiority complex on winning the big ones. When stakes are high, he seems to struggle with his game. The opposite happens with Djoko - slow in the early rounds but goes on Terminator mode in the finals. Roger is still very good despite his age. He's the only one who has beaten Djoko 3 times this year.

  • @Thrashmetalkicksass

    @Thrashmetalkicksass

    8 жыл бұрын

    +leila1077 Yeah, so true. I don't know what happens to him when playing Djokovic in the finals of big tournaments. I mean, in Wimbledon 2015, Djokovic played I think one of the best matches of his carreer and so you can't actually blame Federer for that loss 'cause he did his best. But, both in the US open final and in this, Fed made too many unforced errors and missed too many easy and decisive points. Stats prove it as well: in US open final, Federer had 23 break points (23!!) and won only 4!! Then he made 54 unforced errors, but also 56 winners, that's ok because he was playing aggressively. In this final, instead, he made plenty of unforced errors, but not as many winners and his backhand wasn't working very well from the baseline, not to mention the low percentage of first serve in, especially in the first set. It's a pity, because I think that It's not a matter of age or of uneffective style of playing, he can still play very well, otherwiswe he wouldn't be able to reach the final of big tournaments; he just looks under pressure when he faces Djoko and stakes are high.

    +leila1077 Couldnt agree more. The only thing restricting Federer from performing at his best is his own mental block. After playing and watching tennis for so many years, I have yet to see a player better than Federer in terms of skillset and strategic creativity. The only player who can almost match up to Federer is Sampras.

  • @MrPatrickbuit

    @MrPatrickbuit

    5 жыл бұрын

    leila1077 This is really accurate, even though I know I'm 2 years late. Federer's lack of confidence when squaring off against Djokovic results in him playing a much more defensive variant of his game. However, defensively he can't beat Djokovic. He has to be aggressive like he was in the three times he actually beat him. However, being only second to a machine like Djokovic and still winning 1/3 of your meetings with the Serb is absolutely worthy of credit. Especially when you've aged this much.

  • @slXD100

    @slXD100

    5 жыл бұрын

    MrPatrickbuit Well guys, how can you all claim these things. You know that against 99% of players, most attempt-winner shots would be WINNERS, but Djokovic brings back many shots that would've been winner, and then either he brings it back too high and Federer finishes with a smash, or he brings it back very nicely, to create momentum in his favour and win the point, or he passes, or simply brings back the ball in the game and it starts from 0 right again.. so Federer gets nervous, what else can he do? He takes more risks than usual, and the ball either goes in or OUT. This is not only the case with Federer, Just 2 days ago VS Delpo, even Delpo himself said, that yeah he did miss shots, but simply because he has to take more risks and more shots to WIN vs Novak, and that most of the big shots that he made, would've been enough against any other player (maybe not Nadal) to win the game.. Don't you people realize, that after all these years, when Novak plays "solid", "consistently" and brings back many balls, close to the lines, the enemy gets pressured and loses endurance/power and also focus, which makes him very hard to beat. And when Nole is in beast-mode, like certain times in 2011, 2014, mid 2015-2016, example.. vs Nadal, Doha 2016. He just plays perfect tennis, and at this point he is unbeatable, which Nadal and many other players have claimed and said.. you can't go wrong with these opinions

    I am a die hard Federer fan and even I will admit that Djokovic is mentally the strongest player around. That's his biggest strength. He's the most consistent baseliner around, but even Nole's game isn't as powerful as a Stan Wawrinka or Rafael Nadal. Federer is 6 years older than Nole and 5 more than Rafa. He's still able to give these guys a run for their money. No ordinary mortal in this sport can stay at no. 2 or 3 at 34!!!! Federer's game is still the most beautiful to watch when he's on song. Nole or Rafa can win more slams than Roger but nobody is as graceful or aesthetically pleasing as Roger Federer. Nobody has more imagination on a tennis court than Roger Federer. EVER!!!! The courts have gotten slower everywhere, even Pistol Pete would find it difficult to beat Novak if he were to play in this generation.

    @@SuperSENSO. Mentally the strongest, most consistent baseliner is disrespect??? Statistically Novak is the best player ever. The GOAT. Period. Most sensible Federer fans would admit to this now. But, nobody has made tennis look as easy as Federer did. Easily. Federer didn't stay back and defend like Rafa or Novak. He was always looking to attack which made tennis more exciting.

    Both players didn't play their best. Surprising to see that considering how well they played in the semis. But the difference is that Novak's worst is better than everybody else's. This is definitely not the best final in terms of the level of play. I was actually hoping a Stan Nole final where Wawrinka unleashes Stan The Man mode and forces Novak to unleash his Beast mode. But in terms of history, this is definitely one of the best. REAL tennis fans would appreciate and love what Djokovic has done. Records broken/made are always exciting for the sport, brings more to its name. PS: What is with Roger stealing Novak's seat? Isn't the higher ranked player always seated on the umpire's left?

  • @ctt82

    @ctt82

    8 жыл бұрын

    +MrKpopSucks Yep, Weakerer did it 2 times in ATP Finals. I think they have told him not to sit on Umpire's left in the final match but he did it again, on purpose, so the ballboy had to switch towels on the seats so Djokovic would not see Weakerer's name on the towel when he sits on Weakerer's seat (to the right of Umpire). It was all part of the looser's mind games before the match. It didn't matter at all, he cannot win the big matches when push comes to show. Djoker just slaps him around.

It's killing him for Novak to be ahead of him. His own words were "I want to be #1 again". He even hired an expert to study Novak's game so he can beat him. IMO, he's a crazed ego-maniac that can't accept less than #1. Pity .. it can get ugly!!!

    Having two hands on the racket makes a backhand more stable. A one-hander gives a bit of extra reach and versatility, but a two-hander is more steady and has better offensive capabilities. It’s clear that it’s more difficult to hit the shot with a one-hander because Djokovic hits it successfully far more often than Federer.

    Djokovic 2015 is the best year ever if we look at numbers of big title that djokovic won let compare Novak's best year 2015 with Federer's best years 2004-2006 - 2015 Djokovic won 3 grand slams, 6 master 1000 and atp tour final, reach the final of four grand slams in one year and reach 15 consecutive final in one year -2006 Federer won 3 grand slams, but only won 4 master 1000 and atp tour final, reach the final all four grand slams in one years but unable reach 15 consective final in one year like Djokovic did -2004 Federer won 3 grand slams, but only won 3 master 1000 and atp tour final, and also unable to reach the final all four grandslams in one year so clearly djokovic 2015 is the best year ever and that make Novak the king of tennis.
