I have listened to this song more than 100 times and i figured out why i like it so much. The whole song is not forcing or pushing you to feel any way he does that for you, and its a stress relief everytime.

Just lost my son at birth. I literally wave goodbye to the end of the beginning of the journey of motherhood but somehow I find consolation in this song. I trust I’ll be fine 😊

I know this song probably isn’t about that but listening to it made me think about how lonely and empty I’ve always felt, I’ve always wanted to have a group of friends, I thought in order for you to live your life fully and be truly happy, you had to have a group of friends. So it wasn’t, I’ve always had difficulty making friends and I’ve also been bullied. Over time I managed to establish a strong friendship with a girl and although we now live miles away we are still best friends, for almost two years I am engaged to a guy and we are very happy to be together. Despite this, sometimes I feel a hole in my chest. My boyfriend has a group of friends and they often go out to have fun, sometimes I join but that feeling did not go away. The fact of not having my best friend by my side and seeing my boyfriend go out alone with his friends made me remember a little of my loneliness, I don’t mean to say that I’m not happy that my boyfriend is having fun with his group, on the contrary, I’m so happy that he has people like them by his side, I’ve met them and I hope with all my heart that their friendship can last for life, I always try to leave him free and never hold him back from what he wants to do because if he is happy I am too, It’s just that not having the only two people I love and who have always accepted me despite everything makes me feel lonely. I always wondered what was wrong with me and why all my old friends left, never giving me an explanation. I’ve always felt out of place and wrong. Today I came up with this song and while I was outside looking at the view I thought about all this and realized that I was always wrong. I don’t have to wait for someone to live my life, I don’t have to have a group of friends to live and have experiences, I realized that being alone isn’t bad and I could have experiences on my own and be happy. Sometimes being alone makes you realize how much you really have to learn and appreciate in yourself. Right now I feel a bit like I’ve said goodbye to that old part of me so I can enjoy life, to be happy and free.

Sorry, im doing this off of my dads computer, i used to be in a relationship with a person I rlly loved so much. she never rlly texted me, I would always text her first she never texted me back until a few hours later and she was a really dry texter to just me. and eventually she just stopped talking to me, and then she broke up with me. and ever since every time I listen to this song I think of her and I feel rlly sad. and to make things worse, my best friend is even flirting with her and he knows she dumped me and every time I see them together I feel rlly jealous so I confronted him and asked if he liked her. he said he didn't and I beilived him. but then I found out they both liked each other. and I felt really jealous. like really really really jealous. me and my friend stopped talking to each other after that. i started to feel rlly sad. and sometimes it gets really hard to see them together. then I found out my friend was a rlly toxic person. he was only dating her just to make me jealous. he would always talk bad about me behind my back to her. one day she got really tired of it and told me. i really appreciated that she still wanted to talk to me. she then told me she would break up with him bc she stood up for me and didn't like him talking bad about me and bc he wasn't a great person to her either. i felt relieved but then I felt bad for my friend bc he was rlly sad about it. can people reply and tell me what I should do?
