The new hot shoe can transfer 24-bit directly to the video file. Go to your camera and allow 24-bit 2Ch instead of 16-bit 2Ch.

If its not working for you (ie: A7RV), do the latest Mic 2 firmware update to the RX and TX, It will fix the issue.

I hope it works on the Sony A1 and the Sony 874 because I don’t have an FX three yet but it’s on the list Dji camera

Can you start the video on your Sony camera from transmitter, like on a phone? Basically using the transmitter like a wireless remote?

You can not, you can only start internal 32bit float recording on the wireless transmitter from the receiver.

Just got the DJI Mic 2 with 2 x tx and 1 x rx question: if you have RX connected to camera hit record on camera will it trigger 32bit recording on the tx?

From what I’m told is that by using the adapter we lose 32bit float on the mics, only when using the cable does the 32bit float record. Look it up there’s a few videos mentioning it

Thanks for showcasing this :) Both lavs sounds horrible. But this adapter is a gamebreaker and sony and sennheiser needs to wake up!

Appreciate the comment bro but I don't know how these lav's sound horrible especially straight out of the Lav with no EQ, compression, etc. I feel like thats a pretty bold statement when your trailer video on your channel has nothing but reverb and sounds like your 20ft from your shotgun or using an on camera mic. No disrespect but come correct if we're going to trash talk a bit haha

Does rode make anything like this?
