For all people asking for WiFi extender, Phantom 3 standard has got WiFi extender build into controller. Phantom 3 advanced and professional are using Lightbridge and they also do not have WiFi extender.

I got mine a few days ago. Stock antenna I got 484 Meters vertical and 1.43KM Horizontal at 120 meters. Phantom 3 Standard stock ain't too shabby...

Life Agent on the settings !! but don't fly over 400 feet , it's against the law bro ..... I fly mine at 350 feet and that's it , don't wanna risk getting caught going any higher

Life Agent there's a setting in there that turns off the distance and height limit

Life Agent it's under the distance settings ..... it's the last option on the settings I think , try scrolling down all the way , you'll see it

there are currently 3 major brand attennae extenders for the standard. seen flights to 4500 ft at a distance of 18500.

Overall, the Standard is a great drone. One draw back that is unfortunate tho is the phone mounted holder. It is very wobbly and is not big enough to hold a tablet. You can change the maximum altitude with the Dji Go App up to 500 meters

Come on everybody. Do you work for the government or something? This person is not being irresponsible. But, you shouldn't fly into fog, mist, vog, rain, or snow. You can go into clouds, but still there is a chance that your drone could get hit by bugs, birds, other drones, airplanes, or your drone could suck up water. I would recommend only flying to 1000 feet for high altitude flights. But, watch for traffic still because objects are closer than they appear and ther could be parachuters, gliders, and some small airplanes that are at 900 feet.

A good example of the irresponsible flying that will end up ruining this great hobby.
