The osmo tracking movements are so jerky... I'd rather it be smoother and lag a little behind what its tracking. I hope they fix that with firmware.

The slider movement is so subtle you can barely tell it’s moving.

You really need a longer slider to see any noticeable parallax This didn't work for me sorry.

Do you have a video of the neewer dolly? I havr an idea of content i want to create a walk and follow shot but not too low i need it at allmost body height and your the only guy on youtube talking about this sort of thing. Absolutely loved your first video of 3 wheel dolly it didnt look too bad . But how much difference was the 4 wheel one thats what i want to see

Wow! Thank you for creating this video. I've been wanting a slider and this one seems perfect for my needs. I'd like to capture time-lapse videos of me drawing or 3D sculpting. I think with this slider it will enhance the quality of my videos shorts. But Roger, you have to make another video again to emphasize close-up shots (heck, try even digital zoom in 4k) of different objects with tracking and without tracking. I think and hope that the slider effect will show more that way because that's exactly what I ordered mine to use it with my Osmo Pocket 3. This experiment was great, but I didn't see much slide movement when you were walking and talking. For the next try, use a longer slider. I'd like to see that, still.

What mic are you using for the outside shots? It sounds great even with obvious wind.

Awesome job with this Roger. I had been thinking about trying the same setup with a dolly as I bought the Newer 3 wheeled dolly and found it too wobbly , plus it rarely went in a straight line no matter how precise I tried to line up the wheels. Also, the slowest speed was too fast for what I'm wanting to do. I was thinking of using the set up for a motion time lapse, so a longer dolly that I can set to 60 or 120 minutes travel time from end to end is what I'm hunting for.

Liked your determination, you’ll find a solution i’m sure. I’m waiting for delivery of my Pocket 3, so can’t try this, but can timelapse on this camera be operated from the mimo app? Thanks for putting this together. 👏

Do you think the heavier newer dolly at 1:07 would work well with an insta360 camera on a selfie stick? My hope is the insta360 stabilization would work really well with this setup
