DJI Mavic 2 Pro VS Mavic 3 Pro | Should You Upgrade?

both amasing. quality wise I dont see much of a difference of course there is but not as huge as some would think. and to me descend and ascend speeds are huge upgrade. battery life in real life scenario are max 20 - 25% more than Mavic2 pro so not a big deal too. if you have 5 spare battereis. all in all M3 classic and pro are very impressive but Mavic 2 pro for it's time was SO way ahead. because comparing it to Mavic 3 would somebody think crazy.. but noo. M2pro is still amasing capable machine.

Short answer is yes!!! You should upgrade it you are able to!! The Mavic 3 is a beast!! Of a drone!! In every way!! The camera on the Mavic 3 is amazing!!

Great review! Lookin to upgrade in the future from my Mavic Pro 1 which i love. Yeah i know its old but im new to the drone world!
When you did the same shots on both the M2P and M3 most of the time the M3 looked washed out. M2P looked better to my eyes.
Why do you call it Mavic 3 "PRO"?
Does that mean I should hold onto the air 2s or wait till January to find out about the updates.
Is the stuttering in most of that footage related to the cold?
Good info, great footage. btw its a Mavic 3 not Mavic 3 pro...
not a good comparison when the video wasnt shot at the same settings, and not edited the same. the M3P looked way brighter and almost overexposed where the M2P looked way underexposed.. where are the comparisons of the stills from each drone? from here, i dont see a reason to upgrade. sure 5k is nice but there arent many 5k monitors out there and it takes up a lot more space on the hard drives.
Where can I get the lut
I require the use of my DJI CrystalSky 2000 nit monitor that DJI touted as a solution that will work with all the drones, but now I find it's not compatible with the Mavic 3 because the software isn'[t supported any more. It was also 1,000.00! The CrystalSky is a professional solution because it has interchangeable batteries and looks AMAZING. AND they don't have another monitor that's near as good.Fucking sucks, and I'm sticking with the Mavic 2 for that reason alone. I need a good monitor for the way I shoot. Phones/tablets aren't bright enough, and the special controller they sell doesn't really give you a great or large enough image.

Only thing mavic 3 is good for is nighttime footage or cinematic footage… otherwise 2 pro looks way cleaner and better colors for average footage in my opinion. And I own the mavic 3 cine and 2 pro , not loving my purchase for 5k
There is nothing pro name with mavic 3. DJI simple named it mavic 3 and mavic 3 ciné
