hi, thanx. we don't know how exactly that drone crash, but our customer said that drone hit tree and going down, left land gear is gone and gimbal error. but it fixed now. than he said often lost signal about 300m, but we tested almost about 400m everything is fine, maybe that user doesn't know how to point antenna to drone.
