Learn from the pros ladies and gentlemen. When you set your home point to your current location. Do not EVER set it next to your vehicle as there is a chance it come back and strike your vehicle when landing and damaging your nice new M300 and potentially damage your sensor. There is a number of scenarios why this could happen. One of the biggest is taking off close to your vehicle and wind pushing it back and losing control of the aircraft, or human error. The further it is away from you, the more time you have to think. They cause vortices in small area's and cause the drone to react abnormally. In some cases they will pull towards the solid surface that is closest to the aircraft. For those who have not seen the M300 up close. You will understand when you see it and feel it take off. +7kg take off weight!

A vehicle also have a magnetic field that can interfer with the positioning system and give you a false position.
is the Figure of 8 calibration automatic?
Does this support PPK isntead of RTK?
when we use Matrice 300 RTK with D-RTK 2 Mobile Station for matrice series Does it necessary require an internet connection will the RTK work in Area where there is no internet or even mobile phone signals ???

It should not work if your GNSS provider is through a SIM card. There are options to get FIX without cellular signals though, but it depends on your provider.

@@harshithgowda9885 They prob cannot but I'd expect it to be close to 7k - 9k USD based on costs of their other payloads for the M300. The H20T runs about 10k USD and has a very good Thermal Camera. While some Lidar systems can push 30k+ I'd expect DJI is aiming for the under $10k camera cost.

It’s a confirmed $18k USD. Which for LiDAR isn’t as much as one would think.
