i am facing the same problem. on android i managed to work with 1.9.9 on ios it hasn't done any update.
Love a top down my fave great flying mate looking good have downloaded update not flew yet.

Flyapp 1.9.8 has a problem. Dji canceled the rollout. Some of my subscribers told me, that 1.9.9 is in process.

Hi, I need the DJI Fly 1.9.8 app file for android smartphone. I've a video live lag bug with 1.9.9 version. Is it possible to find the previous version installer file ? thanks
I’m from Portugal with rc control and still on 1.9.4
Since the last firmware for my mini 2, it is in fcc mode. And i live in Belgium. 😊.
Howc do I get the RC controller fly app install? I see V.01.00.0500 did install but the fly app is still showing 1.9.4
Why did DJI stop with firmware updates, with all these nice to haves, for the Air 2S? Air 2S owners are being neglected.

It’s the river Hull it feeds from its full of silt as the lock gates have been open, on other days it’s actually crystal clear :)

Hi Gavin, I am looking to upgrade my Mini 1 to either mini 3 or 3 pro to use for commercial use. With the 48MP update for the 3 will the 3 be sufficient for pro use especially with the heavily discounted options available right now? Or should I still go M3P ? I don’t particularly need obstacle avoidance.. Any advice welcomed! Thanks

The mini 3 pro is a great drone, the real question is if you will use the added features such as follow and spotlight modes ? if not then the mini 3 would be more than good enough :)
I have the DJI Mavic 2 pro, is there any update for that one? I haven't flown my drone in a year and a half. Please help.

I have too, but M2P works on DjiGo 4 app, and this update is for only DJI Fly app... I think
I’m still waiting for this new update for my RC controller 🙄

I’m not sure why some people are not seeing it update, it should be bundled in with the firmware update for the rc controller

@@AviationMediaOne that’s so odd, please try again without the controller connected, click on profile then check for firmware update with an internet connection and see what happens

Another great video Gavin. I have a question. Upgraded the firmware on my DJI Mini 3 Pro to the latest firmware v01.00.0500 but cannot see the Gain & Expo options in the Control menu. Checked to see what version of DJI Fly I am using and it showed "v1.6.9(1005-official)" -Clicking the "Check for updates" in the "About" section of this application informed me "DJI Fly is up-to-date". I am using a Samsung S9 phone running Android 10. Does that mean that the latest 1.9.8 is not supported on my phone. I also tried manually downloading the latest version of the Fly app from your link and it refuses to install on my phone after prompting me if I wanted to update my DJI Fly app. When I click to install it returns the message "App not installed". ANY HELP WILL BE VERY APPRECIATED

Mine updated...on android 8 also new firmware for the mini 2.. My android 13 device says no updates.

My A2S paired with the RC Pro controller hasn’t seen an update in a long while..MONTHS. Every time there’s a firmware ‘update’, etc I just fly it and make sure there’s NOTHING abnormal and it’s flying/maneuvering AND the telemetry is on. So far so good. It’s long been known that a ‘new’ update can have detrimental or negative effects. Am about to launch here in a bit..Edited to add: I’m located in central Texas..

@@Wrang15 Ah, I have been trying on an Android 13 device. I'll try it on my older Android device to see if it updates. I'll edit this reply once I know how it goes on my old Galaxy S7 Edge. | No go on my S7 Edge running Android 8 either. Oh well, I'll just wait it out and try later. It is too cold and windy to fly today anyway.
