So Very disappointed in DJI for not including the needed 60W power charger. No ND filters also make the Fly More Bundle incomplete.

Same. Just opened my box today to realize there is no charging adapter. Who sells a flying computer with no charger?

Nice drone! But now DJI really needs to quickly add some new features to the existing mavic 3 pro. Otherwise mavic 3 pro customers really paid way too much compared to the air 3!

Hi there, Air 3 is not compatible with DJI RC Pro. The O4 video transmission system offers a longer transmission distance and better signal quality. However, these performance upgrades rely on hardware support from both the aircraft and remote controller. As a result, it is unable to provide support for previous generation products.

Down graded the 1-inch sensor? 5K video gone? Sorry but I have no motivation to buy this drone because of that. Yes, I got it, newer technology but why not then use that newer tech on the larger sensor? Nothing beats a larger sensor size. This should be the focus if there is an Air 3s to fallow.

On September 22, my drone DJI Air 3 crashed due to a system glitch. but I'm still waiting for the test result to confirm that this is a warranty issue. support no longer responds to email within 10 days! In the online chat, support refuses to help and cannot provide any information so that they can respond to my letter, citing the fact that I am from Ukraine. but I have repeatedly explained that I bought the drone in Germany, the accident was in the Dominican Republic, I am now in the Dominican Republic, I will send it to Germany for warranty repairs. the operator understands this, but still refuses to help.

@DJITutorials the thing is, you just took cmos sensor from mini 3 and put to air 3 which is nonsense to me, in addition you set the price next to classic 3 which is far far better overall, with 4/3 sensor and better Dlog input, there is no point to buy air 3, almost everyone pick up classic 3 including me. Iv been waiting for air 3 but like I said, I'm disappointed, this is not even 1"...

I don’t know if the satellite map of RC2 has been improved, and you won’t want to use it if you read it~~.. Before using the satellite map of RC and RC PRO, I wanted to scold people. Then I used the traditional map (or the traditional map attached to RC.) The error is very large. It’s clearly on the map..... DJI doesn’t want to change it. You can use the small traditional map within 100 (you can judge it visually), and if it exceeds 150.. and then use the traditional map (or the traditional map attached to RC.), the error is very large~ Obviously you are on the seaside, and the returned screen may be shot on the road~... If you go down, you may be prepared to explode G~, because the flight above 150 is completely relying on the map~(I like flying upside down and flying sideways), ...... I think DJI has gone back on the remote controller control interface~ Obviously the GO4 function is easy to use and will be taken back~ If RC2 does not improve

Spent $2000 on DJI Air 3 and setup is just not user friendly. Getting emails sent in Chinese. Also, ordered separate car and 100 W and 65 W chargers that said in the very fine print in my receipt that they will be delivered up to two months after purchase price. I am returning this drone back to Best Buy. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!

Why in the name of God would you NOT include a charger with the Air 3? It makes absolutely NO sense! And don't say it because you want to keep the cost down! Cause we still gotta buy the damn charger anyways! This IS WHY I don't like DJI. Pretty soon you'll be an Epic F.A.I.L.!

Hello, there. We completely understand your concern. The Air 3 uses the common USB-C interface for charging. You can directly use chargers with this type of interface such as those for Android phones, Mac,.etc to charge the Air 3. Please rest assured it will not cause any damage to your battery. At the same time, we have also considered that adding a charger in the combo would increase the price. In order to provide you with more flexibility in choosing, the charger is not included in the package.

@@DJITutorials still makes no sense because you recommend to only use DJI Chargers. And using standard cell phone chargers doesn't push enough current to charge batteries in a quick timely manner. For instance, it takes around 8 hours to charge a battery in the drone using a standard phone charging plug. And then if I were to charge all 3 batteries in the charging hub it would take 24 hours to charge all batteries. There is no talking your way out of this misstep. I would gladly pay the extra as I'm sure everyone else would to have the charger plug included in the kit. Every other drone I've ever bought from other companies has everything included. You should do the same. If I'm wrong then put up a poll on your website and ask the masses which they would prefer to buy. A drone with all charging components or one without. Prove me wrong.

@@theone2be33 Please note that you don't have to use the DJI charger. DJI Air 3 and its charging hub support a charger that supports PD3.0 and PPS protocols, using other chargers that do not support the protocol may lead to slow charging. And the charging time is Approx. 80 minutes (with DJI 65W Portable Charger) Approx. 60 minutes (with DJI 100W USB-C Power Adapter and Battery Charging Hub) Thank you for your attention.
