There is something magical about the 90's blurring videos. It takes you to a another dimension, it feels like a memory, a dream, or a fantasy that u never wish to get out of. The tragedy of today's cameras is that they are so clear, so close, too realistic... and I mean who wants to be in reality when it's all full of sorrow, pain and misery. I feel like the 90s was the peak of social human interaction. It was like the disco generation mixed in with the perfect amount of technology. Arcades, flip phones, throw away digital cameras, crazy styles and clothes, New music popping up like crazy. If only we knew how fast it would advance. Now nobody lives in the moment like back then and they're all searching to capture THE moment

exactly I wish I was born in the 60s, to live my youth in the 80s. Or even before that. I feel old in this generation I want to live outside with the real world, but I feel society isn't with me. I want to find a person with the same beliefs and ideals as me, but so far it has been imposible. Now i'm 24 and I'm starting to worry because I'm realising that maybe I will stay alone.

I've always loved songs with no lyrics because it gives you the power to write your own narrative- this song touches my soul every single time I hear it, although, I always imagined the meaning/story to have elements of loss, sorrow, and/or nostalgia. As adorable as this video is, part of me wishes the ending showed one of them waking up from a flashback or daydream longing for something they once had. To me, this song captures the full bliss of being in love but also the sadness in losing that person.

She broke up with me a few months ago after 7 years... Just said she wasnt happy anymore. The only girl I've ever loved. Had the best years of my life with her. Met when we were both studying abroad, did the shitty long distance, moved countries for her, learned a new language, travelled all over the world with her. It was us against the world...or so I thought...sometimes it feels like I'll never be happy again knowing she'll never be in my life..what makes it worse is that our cat went with her who we adopted at the very beginning...they were my family and I've lost them for good.

Once I found a digital camera at Goodwill and it had photos of a young couple on vacation. The expressions on their faces and in their eyes made it seem like they were madly in love but I couldn’t help but wonder why those memories would be put away in a store for old and no longer needed stuff. it's amazing how JUST 3 triple-kicks in the 2:03 chorus establish a whole new vibe to the song. then 7 more come back at the end as you say goodbye. it helps me unwind to pause and observe tiny beautiful parts of art like those

Remember hearing this song after falling for a shawty in high school, n all I have to say is I cried, laughed, smiled, broke down again, and cleaned myself up after listening to this after she left me. She was troubled with trust issues, n I couldn’t notice till the last second. Love was on our minds but not in our hearts. Dating responsibility’s matter if you care for a person. I know after she left me, other females noticed how I constantly cared about what n how they feel about things... still hurts but she was a good reminder that I can fall in love n be happy even if it’s not with a significant other. Hope anyone else who reads this learns to appreciate what’s there before it’s gone. 🥺❤️❤️
