People hating on Nas for working with Khaled needs to stop calling themselves Nas fans.. To the idiots saying Nas could work with any producer and he chose Khaled, if you had any sense you'd realize the beat is produced by Cool & Dre & 808-Ray and all Khaled does is add some tweaks and put his name on it. Whether or not you like it the fact is, Khaled is extremely relevant right now. This is a great way to build hype for Nas' album and a true Nas fan would want to see Nas selling as much as possible. And it's not like this track is pop-sounding. Not to mention Nas SLAUGHTERED it like the elite MC he is.

Impressive! 3 major keys! 1. Khaled has Nas and Jay-Z on singles from the same album (never before done) 2. Khaled's singles are club and radio ready but have positive messages 3. Khaled reunited Nas with Ox on video (first time since Belly)

Crazy how a fresh of fresh air is what used to be the standard calibre in hip hop. Now garbage lyrics are covered up by mumbling. Rappers final studio release is like when rappers used to mumble their flow & melody before actually comimg up the real lyrics, now most young people just satisfied with that, cause they don't know any better, lol
@saintbabylon7250
7 жыл бұрын
The dumbing down in America is real. People get turnt up over stupid, cause it sounds cool when I, hopefully others get turned up over knowledge, cause it's power. They don't want that in young peoples mind so the mainstream is filled with trap rappers to ensure the dumbing down & intelligent lyrics are corny. Crazy how you see this when your eyes are finally open.
@robdubz1510
7 жыл бұрын
they said this in the 90s too about tupac too$hort,, mobb deep they were rapping about drugs, some trap " rappers also rap about positive things, for example yo gotti raps about looking after family working hard et. i listened to hip hop all the time, I went to good schools here in England and have a good community. Blame the government of USA/Canada/France etc for not investing enough in education and inner city businesses its complicated.. depicting a rap video is the same as writing a book about gangster culture it exists, but its still up to individuals and families if they want to copy it.

I know I'm preaching to the choir, but Nas can really rap. I'm just sitting here thinking about how fast or steady he may have wrote this. Where his head was, or just the fact he's been doing this for for over 20 years, hell, even the words he picked for this cadence. The skill of a true writer is when you can keep writing.

Them words he chooses always sound as if they were made for solely the verse he's spitting. I still can't fathom how he wrote Illmatic at 17/18. And the concepts he explores is just so versatile and ridiculous, the guy could rap first person as a breadcrumb and I'd be entertained lol

Cole Lamar However Em produced a track on Nas's Gods Son album " The Cross." I don't thhink Em and Nas would sound well on a track together anyhow..

Gerrine Hill I know that. I just know Em declined Nas when he was asked to hop on his track 'Daughters' off Life is Good album. I can see why you would say that. Eminem is a "one trick pony" as he himself would call it. He can't rhyme on a non-hype beat like Nas would.
Always here for Nas
This song gets better each time I hear it. I haven't listened to it in a minute so it sounds just perfect right now.
Hasn't had an album in 4 years, lost his touch for over a decade, and still spits harder than any rapper in the game today. Nas is truly one of the all time greats of Hip Hop.

Flow of the century
i use to take Dj Khaled as a joke maybe because i was 16 and laughed about the way he talked and stuff. But now i realised what he means about the keys. That's what i want. i want success, I want to win more and see my community unite to achieve greatness.
Only MC that has a DJ produce a whole song dedicated to notifying the world that Nas' album is DONE.

Bitcoin mining is the basic way you can grow your bitcoin .The primary purpose of mining is to allow Bitcoin nodes to reach a secure, tamper-resistant consensus. Mining is also the mechanism used to introduce bitcoins into the system. Miners are paid transaction fees as well as a subsidy of newly created coins, called block rewards.

NAS is so cold!! I like that he doesn't talk about Women, murder and guns in his verses. He's so versatile! 1 of kind. 💯
One of Nas’d best verses 🔥♟️🥂

Nas new album brought me here again 🙌🏽
No DEBATE NAS is the G.O.A.T. That’s a major key!
One of the best songs on the album. Khaled trips me out on how he starts his videos. Its entertaining & I enjoy all of them. I don't understand why some people don't like him. He just want to be successful but he wants that for others as well.

Who else still here in 2023 even after listening to Magic 2.....Nas is the greatest!!!
That Fu-Gee-La sampling of Ms. Hill's legendary vocals is some top tier production. I'm glad this was given to Nas, no other rapper would've sufficed

@@lenhalz8086 it's Lauryn, Khaled said it in an interview or something I can't remember. Saying he thanked her and that he played her music to his baby when he was in the womb
Nas just dropped so much knowledge on this track it's ridiculous. Probably over the head of 99% of the people who actually listened to his verses.
