We all had to cover our faces for 2 years and nobody cared then. The reason his face is covered is because the other camera is there and he doesn't want to be recognised. I phoned the police on a neighbors house party and I told the police before he did that I pushed him when he stepped out towards me and the officer said that's completely fine because he stepped towards you. So they can't claim assault if you are reasonably forcing someone to get out of your personal space if they stepped into it.

He’s filming from public land, it doesn’t suddenly become his “personal, private space’ just because he’s occupying it, otherwise that applies to the person he’s filming - he’s stood in his own personal private space being filmed - which is illegal. You can’t have it both ways. It’s public land, he had no business laying a finger on him.

A push is ok, it’s self defense , but if you would have hit the guy , then you might have been arrested for assault. You can use so much force that is needed to get the individual away from you . If you use to much force , then it becomes a problem for you . The law says you can use reasonable force to stop the assault against you . Take for example someone is attacking you with a knife and you accidentally kill the individual, you might still go free from responsibility , you didn’t intend to kill him but in the heat of the moment it happend. it all depends on the amount of force that is acted against you . I work for the metropolitan police in Greater London so I know what I’m talking about

Two months later.....any update on his court case over this?

What's all this personal space bollox. No law against standing close to someone 😂 But no idea what that guy, who acted like a Yorkshire Terror, problem was, he panicked and started a fight with himself I like how the officer (or whoever he was) took his glasses off, he was ready for a ruck if it started 😂

He would be fired if I employed him. Disgraceful manager

The manager was totally in the wrong and was trying to impose his presumed authority, which doesn't exist outside of his work site. The manager kept walking towards him in order to intimidate him, and I would do the same if someone walked up to me in that "aggressive" manner. The entitlement of the manager and his boss mentality, allied with ego and presumed authority in a public space is typical of narcissists like this manager.

The personal space thing doesn't work unless your literally against a wall and nowhere to go , pre emptive strike is a real thing but this bell actually assaulted the man in blue know the rules before you chat shit I was a bouncer for 8 years and know the drill
