Rinse is at the centre of a vast musical community. As genres, artists and scenes evolve and fragment, so Rinse remains locked to the pulse of the underground. Inspiring and nurturing people to create the music that they want to hear, the results speak for themselves.
Est.1994. Transmitting uncompromising and innovative music out of its East London heartland, it started life as a pirate station established by a group of friends wanting to share the music that inspired them

Two of best DJ's to come out of the UK. What they have experienced in the Grime scene is almost unrivalled. That Sidewinder set in Milton Keynes, with the Gunshot Riddim is Grime history at its finest. I could listen to these two all day. They need their own podcast really. Big!
Real talk what mak 10 said that’s why the energy isn’t the same from new grime mc’s and sets aren’t the same most grime mcs these days are all about the tracks and not the Sets, learn your lyrics at home. The passion for sets will never be duplicated, pirate radio was a special period, every one wanted in and it was the only time you would hear grime, and that’s what made it so special, now it’s so accessible
Two of the greatest grime DJs ever. Seen a lot between them. Listen up.
I’d say so solid dilemma was the 1st grime tune, that came out in 2000.
Karnage hasn't aged a day in the past 20 years
Wiley. End of.
These two DJs make up probably more then 50% of sets of on my channel.....
I remember Karnage on Rinse in 1998 with the Reckless Crew. Got those DNB sets with him and D Double E. Always rated him as a DJ.
Wiley - Year 2000 & Dizzee Rascal - Ready For War are both up on my channel now
Really enjoyed this love learning about the history and stories of the scene, hopefully some more interviews to come please
Mak 10 should've definitely won that Sidewinder award. He is the best Grime DJ period 💯
