I have been a vinyl DJ since the late 80's, but never been a vinyl snob and embraced the technological development, from CD players to controllers. You cannot beat the feeling of working vinyl though, so to have the creativity technological development gave DJ's and the old school feel of 'Wax on the tracks', is a beautiful fusion. Crazy that you could prepare a whole set like this. Super convenient for DJ battles. Don't need to carry so much gear, just pop down the iPad and you're ready to go. What's the ID of the first house track with the steel drums and the horn sample that you're cutting ?

Amazing routine! Summery, funky house tracks are right up my street! And the skills… 🔥🔥🔥💯 I just felt bad he had to be touching those tiny on-screen iPad buttons so much. I suspect there might be a few outtakes where he didn’t quite mange to press the right tiny button at the right time. I know this video was about showcasing the mixer and DVS with iPad, but a pair of Reloop Neons would have completed the setup and reduced the amount of screen touching quite a lot I think.

Just trying out Djay. with my iTunes playlists within Djay, Is there a way to sort my songs by date added? Can’t figure it out

What camera adapter is that? I’ve been having alot of issues with my iPad staying connected to djay. The music stops sometimes then comes back or it disconnects completely. I’ve been troubleshooting it and it may be my adapter. Thanks in advance!!
