I dont know where this idea came from that pregnant women should kick their feet up during pregnancy. Thats how these women end up gaining 50lbs+ which is NOT normal no matter how many of them try and justify it. Unless that woman is having complications throughout the pregnancy (which she and her doctor will discuss), there is no reason to stop physical activities one was during prior to pregnancy.
