One of my fave things about this track is the use of accordion, flute and melodica - all instruments that aren't usually found in contemporary pop. Reminds me a bit of Jethro Tull. Was the accordion the instrument you were trying to conjure up through mime? I love the analogy for participating in life. My personal belief is that to live a full life it takes participating daily. If we live as full as possible moment to moment, then those moments will add up to a full day, and those days will eventually add up to a full life. Great reaction, appreciate your honesty on the struggle of the ego. I can relate. Imposter syndrome is very strong in me. I now notice when it comes up, and I am able to use it to move forward.
