He was patriotic as he had written “Saare jahan se acha hai Hindustan hamara” But later on when he saw mistreatment of muslims he said independence is compulsory but muslims should have their own land so all muslim majority areas become Pakistan 🇵🇰 ...

Roughly 83 years ago, a greatest philosopher world got to know as Dr Iqbal wrote Bal-i-Jibril Gabriel’s Wings, in it there is a gem of words so inspirational, I strongly believe that in these words lies the solution to various crises that Muslims are experiencing today, ranging from corruption and injustice to the crisis of our identity and protecting our Islamic values! And Ustad NFK did justice with this composition! Bravo!!

Notice how professional Ustad was. He messed up the lyrics at 1:28 “rumi hai magar..” instead of “khaki hai magar iss ke" but he stopped right away and the musicians behind stopped too, and bounced back with Ustad. How professional!!!! Awesome music waaa! Cheers from France, Pakistan!

NO words to describe the fineness and detailing on the entire rendering. Lyrics, raag-rang, tabla, singer coordination, pace of the entire kalaam. This possibility can only be Utaad Nusrath. Excellent leadership.

Master Piece after master piece after master piece , I mean where does it end. Every single one of these prayer like songs are unique, I don't know what to call them (I know it's Kawali) but trust me this is beyond anything, any Rock, Solo Pop whatever. (no disrespect to any other art/style) However this is the epitome of m'all. Greatness belongs to the all mighty who gave us such magic Khan Saab. I am a Bengali listening to this in 2019 May from Liverpool Street, London.

Great lyrics and sung and presented with even greater depth. Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan saheb, Ustaad Farooq saheb, Ustaad Dildar saheb and the remaining great artists in the party were god's gifts to us.

All are divided by the idols of separation and divisions that they adore..all love a divided god born out of their divided nafs...mind.. none cultivate the Heart of ONENESS! .. I see none aware of the true Tawheed. Become no one. no thing thru prostration in Adoration to the Oneness that is no thing.. yet lives in every thing.. become no thing such that you may possess the will to LOVE EVERY THING .. every ONE!
