6 years ago. KZread just offered this as a suggestion, so it's new to me. Nice job, friend! Good work.
Should serve you well on your trip to Mordor.

Seriously wow. I tip my hat to you for making something like this. Not many can sew this is one of my weak areas as I can not sew to save my life. That wool pull over came out really nice. Nothing like will wool to keep you warm. I have a old actual real WWII blanket I have had since I was 5 years old from a WWII vet that was a neighbor. I have r still today and use it all the time. Nothing keeps you warm like wool.

+RViscara Agreed, I love wool in cold weather. I think anyone can sew if they have time and practice. It's definitely an art though.
Antler toggles for the pockets would be sweeeeet... Great job krik....
Those thinks are so comfortable and useful in the woods.
Totally loving those leather buttons.
That is amazing! You inspire me. God bless you and your great ideas. 💜🤴🏻👑🛡💯
You do look like someone out of Sherwood Forest and I mean that in the best way, looks warm and comfortable too. Quality leather work is a fine thing - well done.

You should feel proud of yourself whoever wants to mock you they don't know what you know head up 👍🏼
Wicked job!! Should be proud, nothing like home made.

😉So Lily...how's that wool shirt project going? 🤔Being an archer, you might want to consider some type of cinching for the cuffs. Blessings.
Nice job on the Anorak. The bottle holder is nice also.
Great job, the leather buttons a design of leather draw string sets it off nice. Also leather bottle hold was a great idea!
Very very nice. I really like it. I'm 6'7" tall and it's hard to find clothing. I'm making one. Love the bottle holder too.
You're a Rock Star dude!
You need to make more videos ! ! ! ! And God bless you and your family ! ! ! ! !
You are a smart guy and it shows. You eyeballed the whole thing and made it from scratch with no to little experience. The sweater is awesome.
Dude this is legit!! You look like a freaking XL forest gnome. I'm gonna make one of these.
Looks Great! Can't go wrong with wool.👍😉🇨🇦
Man this channel is sweet! Look like Aragorn with that hood.
This looks even better than the overly expensive Lester Rivers anorak. Nicely done! My wool blanket anorak is waiting to be made...
This is awesome, great idea. I Would wear This anytime
Excellent! It looks really well made and that oversized hood just works. Great job!
I like it so much that I am going to make mine exactly the same. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and creativity with us all. Well done!
Brilliant. You look like you came out of my English living area...Sherwood Forest. Well done. Thanks for non conforming. Peace and goodwill.
Very cool.........thinking of this for a winter project around a campfire.
Awesome job on the anorak, and you seem to be a very nice guy. So, I'll let you in on a little secret. The "drunk" guys atop the entrance of the "Ren Faire" are part of the "acting troupe" that entertains the crowd, while waiting in line to get inside the park. I assure you it was nothing personal ;)

Looks awesome! Wool is such a great product to wear! I want to make one now for hunting.
By far my favorite anorak design.
Nice piece,be proud.
I would never be caught wearing that but you did a great job
That anorak looks amazing! I've been wanting to do the same, since I don't want to spend the $$ on one of those store bought ones. Plus you can customize it completely. Great job and thanks for sharing! - EDC

excellent work, a very cool skill to have! i can see the excitement on your face you seem very happy how it turned out. not many people can produce the quality you achieved. very happy for you.
Nice job, great cloak! Really like the bottle sling also.
VERY impressive! it looks really warm too. Looking forward to some update videos this winter.
One of the best I have seen ! Nice job .
Really like the idea of being able to keep your hat on and still use the hood. Great job!
Im so impressed. You should be pretty happy with yourself, you made that with your own hands, who can say something like that these days.
Nice work! I've got a blanket like that since I lost my sleepingbag in amsterdam years ago and had to buy a warm blanket to sleep in while camping there. I might just try this.
I'm an old Scotsman living close by to the RenFaire grounds. Thanks for sharing your craft. I just made a rhuana cloak from an old military wool blanket. It was very useful today at the National Cemetery in Ft. Indiantown Gap while I was sporting my kilt and it was cold and windy! Keep on with your creations. Love to see more details of how you DIY your things.
Super nice! I love the look, and the big hood really does give it that renaissance look. When I first saw the video image I thought, Robin Hood! Great creative idea for the buttons, and the pockets right there are a great idea. No wonder you are so pleased and proud of it. Deservedly so! Beautiful water bottle holder too. I'd love to see the rest of your belt kit.
Team long sleeves! 😆
Dude...that's f#*king AWESOME! Homemade Boreal Anorack and Leather Bottle Sling...what a combo! Great job!
Looks Great and Warm!
Yes that looks Great.
Young man #1 You did an amazing job on your bottle holder and your anorak.. You've inspired me with some pretty good ideas and I thank you for sharing your story with us on how you came up with your crafts. Anyway You could buy from craft stores bone toggles and if you have a sewing machine you could use a button hole to get your pockets looking more tailored. As for the leather work and the hood it is really nice because a bigger hood really makes the difference when you are stuck in cold weather. God bless and keep trying and keep following your dreams..
You did a great job on that! One thing I might add/change would be to add "flaps" over the pockets and use your button system to close them if need be. I could see the open pockets collecting debris or precipitation. That said, the anorak is outstanding!
Nice work. I like the way the pocket setup allows for the belt. Traditional large pocket on the front doesnt work with belt. In addition to the obvious utility, a belt keeps the shirt tighter to the body which is preferable when moving thru timber. It also helps hold the core heat. Awesome work. You definitely helped me finalize a few aspects of my upcoming shirt project. Thanks! Blessings.
Bless your heart. You did a great job 👍😁
Nice garment.
Great jacket!!!!
Best custom anorak I've ever seen you look like Robin Hood.
Can you make a tutorial for the jacket?

Very nicely done.
Great job! that looks professionally made.
Good video very nice outcome to a first time project looks great thanks for sharing
Nice. Now I want to do a homemade Filson style cruiser.
This looks great, a great project for the future. All I think I would change would be the pockets, I would add a flap held closed with a toggle. ATB Mark
Stunning work pal!!
love it ! you did a wonderful job! looks professionally made ... I just love it!!
Looks awesome. Great job.
You are the best! This looks super awesome!
looks awesome Krik ! great job !
Excellent work.
Love it! My ears get cold easily, so I might put buttons or some kind of cinch on the side of the hood so that I could tighten it up if it were extra cold.
Good job bud. Looks very nice and original.
Very well done!
I love it! Trying something new stimulates the "mojo". Get em Crik
Great job all the way round!

Good job, awesome anorak!
Very nice!❤❇🏕🔥🥓
Looks good and must be warm too! Kentucky Jones, hehe...
Great job! Good to see you smiling so much!
Well done Krik. Love the color. Keep the sleeves long. You might want to add a horizontal handwarmer pass through pocket across the belly like the Boreal shirts have.

Dude, awesome channel. The anorak looks sick.
Off to rescue the princess from Gannon? Just kidding, that's very cool!
Ahh man, this looks sweet! That's cool that you guys went to the ren faire. Brittany and I went to our first ren faire just a couple months ago. It was really fun, there was a lot of handmade products and we both love history. I can totally see Fjallraven making a cloak like this. Hell, I want one right now!
