Very nice. I like your comments at the end. I used to build, usually 15-20 each year, for the first graders to study at easter at my previous church.

I might be an agnostic, but I still appreciate the symbolism and the craftsmanship you put into this piece.

Thanks man hey I wasn’t always this good and sometimes it depends on the project. You’ll get better just keep working at it. I started with a drill and a circular saw build your tools and your skills it won’t take long

How far down from the top is the 1/2 lap joint? what is the distance?

Your chisel needed to be stopped more often to keep it sharp, I carve and could see it was a little dull

Thanks for the tip yea I was lacking in being in the habit of doing that then but I have gotten a lot better to continue to keep them sharp

At the end of the video I explain it more in depth but it is a cross that is mostly used in a wedding ceremony that signifies the couple being united in Christ being 2 but becoming one

sadly unlike any other DIY videos your the only one that doesn't show how the build is made!! instead your greedy and want people to buy the plans unlike other DIY that show both how to and also offer plans!! none the less the project looks AMAZING good work
