This is beautiful and is EXACTLY what my daughter has "commissioned" her sister to create. Exactly. I see you mentioned lamb's ear in one of your replies but I don't see it. Also, do you have a shopping list, by chance? Daughter is super particular -- if she says she wants it "exactly," then that's what we have to set out to do! Fun!

This is just what I'm looking for but I have a few questions What's the diameter What is the weight I have a wedding, but the venue is only allowing 60lb max I need 8 feet in diameter. Do u think it's possible

The diameter would work, but I really have no idea how much it weighed. I wouldn’t think it would be more than 60lbs though.

What are the steps to making the hula hoop? What is the dimension? What is the measurement of the chain?

the "hula hoop" is made from PVC. I'm in the process of researching how to bend PVC into a circle.

I used 3 different types of eucalyptus and lambs ear, also.

I'm in the process of purchasing the flowers/foliage for a 7' diameter wreath. Floral is 40% off at Hobby Lobby now. My shopping cart is up to $450 and I'm not done. I'm going to be doing some math later today -- I bought one "set" of all the foliage and I'll get an idea of how far that will go. There are approx. 22 linear feet in a 7' diameter circle. My daughter is NOT budging on this at all. She wants it this size with all the same foliage but we're adding lights. Ugh! Can't wait for the wedding to be behind us.
