You glued the sleeve to the pull tab! You're supposed to glue the sleeve to the back of the lowest square SMH. it's no wonder you had to cut the video right before you pulled it!

You don't even need an hour making this...and also if your saving time to make something. be sure that your making it neatly, and copying every single folds that they make. And you'll be there!
