How did you determine the height & width of the fabric? I noticed your water bottle was 23 cm in diameter and 24 cm tall..the width of your fabric was 16 cm.

I used paper and just played around with sizes. A can size is 5 inches wide by 12 tall, fold and cut out 1 inch corners. I didn't make straps or a straw pocket. Then adjust the width according to beverage container size

My bag has been adjusted to increase the width, my bag is a bit tight and can't fit a large straw

Confused on width. When you measure bottle was 23 cm around so how you get 16 fabric width?

I'm not mistaken wanted, I added 2 seams and the bag to be a little wider, the bag I made was a bit tight so I increased the width

confused on the width measurements. 24 cm wide when u measured, but when u cut the actual pattern its only 16cm wide. 8cm less
