One of the most essential tools in my workshop is the vacuum chamber. I work with epoxy resin for a long time and to get the best quality, without bubbles, I always use a vacuum chamber. I have already made myself, but it was much smaller than this one. The main process, as I did in my workshop the vacuum chamber is shown in the video, I did not shoot only how I made the cylinder.
The cylinder is the 2 bases I found from the coils on which the fiber was wound. for greater thickness, I put one cylinder in another, welded them together, and welded the bottom from 4mm metal, the thickness of the cylinder walls is about 2mm.
at the time of the release of the video, I have already tested the camera for 3 months about 20 cases.
I am satisfied with the result.
