DIY Tutorial Wire Light Up Christmas Cone Trees

Starting early with making Christmas decorations (:
I want everything to be up December 1st lol
Here's a quick tutorial on how to make these light up cone trees.
and CHEAP (:
things you need:
1. Craft wire
2. Wire cutters (regular scissors also cut the wires)
3. LED lights (dollar tree has them, mine are from eBay $3)
4. Batteries
5. Tape
6. Large piece of paper

    What gauge wire? How much is in that pack and how much OF the pack did you use? Thanks!

    the one I used its from dollar tree it was from a "hardware" section, its a 3roll set, I used 2. I believe its like 26 gauge. and another one I used I got it from Walmart - craft section and its 20 gauge. I prefer thicker ones. so if you find any between 18-20 gauge its going to be easier to work with, and it will turn out better too.

    dollar store, I got these exact ones except in store they had them packed all by one color, like 3 silver or 3 red etc - www.dollartree.com/Tool-Bench-Hardware-Steel-Wire-6-ct-Rolls/p349088/index.pro Michaels - this is similar to dollar store one, www.michaels.com/ashland-paddle-wire-bright/10343319.html Walmart - they have a bunch of craft wire, and its cheap - either search online "craft wire 20gauge" or look in the store
