That's the most ingenious idea ever, especially being able to use the saw fence at the router.

You really put some manufacturers to shame with the quality of the things you design and build ... also the functionality of your designs will either match or (most likely) exceed the capabilities of commercially available products ... superb 👍

You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice kzread.infoUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.

As usual, your designs are ingenious, well thought out, and VERY workable. This time, the only thing I am not too happy with is the ON/OFF capability but with a TRIM router, there are no wires for an emergency on/off capability. Therefore ....not a good idea but it is accessible from almost any direction.

11:18 Are you using drywall board screws? They are made of a cheap, brittle alloy, I would not recommend them for machine building. In this case I doubt anything bad could happen, you have 12 screws holding the router and that is probably more than enough in this case even if those screws are 5 times weaker than any machine screw, BUT when building various machines, please keep in mind that most screws used in manufactured machines are not random screws. There are few kinds of "machine screws" that are highly resistant to vibration, tensile strength, etc. Sorry if I messed up something with my spelling, english is not my first language.

Great build! Whats your experience with the router lift? Can you lock it in position so the lift doesn’t move? Is the base included or do you have to modify your own router plunge base?

I enjoy watching your videos and sometimes using some of your ideas. Also, I assume you already know by now you were talking about the TABLE saw and not the bend saw as you multiple times mentioned in your voice-over. That thing with a big turning blade (the yellow DeWalt) is a table saw (job site size, in your case). I guess you were just too tired for that day.
