DIY Tiny Seed Bead Crown ¦ The Corner of Craft
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Today Queen Elizabeth II becomes the longest reigning British Monarch, and I thought I would commemorate it by making this little seed bead crown! It pretty simple to make, and like with all netting projects, just requires a bit of counting!
Don't forget to post a picture of your makes on Instagram with #TheCornerofCraft so I can check them out!

I'm just learning about beading but this little crown is so lovely that I'm going to practice a lot. My last name is Rey which is King in Spanish so I think I'll make some as little accents for my book case. Thank you.

Thanks so much for this. I needed to find a very tiny tiara/crown for a hedgehog Bride that I am making to send to a friend who is getting married in Japan. I am making a groom, too, but he doesn't need a tiara!

Tea sounds amazing right now. It's kinda cold by me. Do you have a favorite flavor? Or prefer simple green or black tea? Right now, I am in love with Pumpkin Spice and Egg Nog. ( yes, I found Egg Nog flavored tea).
I love this! thank you for sharing your awesome talent. What size nymo thread did you use?

It's super cute and not so hard i love it🥰💍👑
Is it okay if I use embroidery thread instead?
could these be made on a larger scale with bigger beads?
@thecornerofcraft
Жыл бұрын
It definitely can! You may have to use wire or thicker thread for some extra stability but it'll still work x
I really like this I really wanted to make it but when i did the first knot the beads went through the knot so I don’t really know how to do this
is it possible to make this crown with size 11 seed beads ?😊
I watched the news on the Queen just before I went to bed last night. BTW I live in australia :D

Yeah you can!! 👸🏻 x
Mine will be tiny because I have 2mm seed beds (that’s all I could find)
It looked easy enough until the last step.went to fast.. mine turned out floppy, flat like a snowflake, not standing up at all..putting on my finger, is bulky to wear
your beads are huge!!!mine are itsy bitsy small and i don't know what size they are and the worst part they dont go through my needle x)

They're likely to be a size 11 or 15 :) you'll need a beading needle of a size 13 or smaller to fit them x

+The Corner of Craft thanks a lot :)
The directions are a little fast, and sometimes you start to do something before you explain it so I have to skip back and watch it again. But cute ring!
Where can I get beading thread?

Ah sad times!! I recommend using beading thread because it's so difficult to break that :) x
No worries, we can't hear the rude people
7:50 I was about to
1: 25 is when the beading begins :>

Probably, it'll be sturdier
