DIY Thermal Induction Circuit, control the device according to the temperature Overheat warning

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

The thermal induction circuitry acts as an automatic switch that activates if the temperature exceeds a specific 100k potentiometer. I used a DC fan and a condenser whistle for the experiment. The circuit uses an NTC type thermal sensor whose resistance varies with temperature, so the voltage applied to the G mosfet pin will be changed, the G mosfet pin is voltage-gated by a 100k resistor. The 100k NTC resistor (at a temperature of 25ºC ~ 77ºF) can be used in the induction cooker board, infrared cooker, if you use another NTC, you need to re-align the 100k voltage divider. This type of temperature sensor circuit is commonly used in practice, can be used to control the device cooling fan when the device is too hot or install a siren, temperature warning light bulb. In the video, I set the temperature to 61ºC ~ 142ºF, how to adjust the potentiometer to make the circuit work. The same applies to the other temperature you want the circuit to work for.
