The only thing I can see in the comments "the yElLoW is gReEn", outside it looks yellow, and on the nail it's yellow. It's only in the tube that looks slighty green, but it's yellow on the nail. Also why you all complaining "sHe diDn'T dO tHe rAiNBoW" like it's her design, just because she didn't do it in order doesn't mean she didn't do rainbow nails.

It’s neon so inside it kinda glows but in the light it’s the true color.
