Use elastic thread in bobbin makes it way easier and would look great

This is such a cute top. I think I will give it try; however, I'm going to keep the existing hem on the bottom and let my center piece be the extra fabric just to save me a step.

You can also sew by hand! It takes time, but it's doable 👍
