i love love love your embroideries so much!! and here's a fun story: i can never bring myself to enjoy Studio Ghibli because of the faceless ghost in Spirited Away. they used to play this movie every other afternoon at my daycare and somehow it traumatized me really badly as a kid. i'd probs enjoy it now as i'm older but i don't think i'm ready yet

i’ve been rewatching every ghibli movie for the past month and this is so cute i might start embroidering ghibli stuff everywhere 🥺💜

Love the video and your artwork and talent is so good! These shoes came out beautiful. My kids & I love the studio ghibli movies. I like that you made no face into a dark flower!! I wanted to reach out and say that there is a finger guard thing called ‘needle pullers’ that you can get to protect your fingers from the embroidery process. It can be really hard on the bare fingertips.

I actually thought you sewed all those lil flowers on the shoelaces at first LOLL I was like: thats commitmenttt

I know it's 3 years too late, but a good solution that I found for pulling the needle is using pliers! Just be careful not to grab the eye area as it can cause the needle to break.
