I'm guessing it's not one of our kits , lights can be a pain which is why we opted for this plug and play system . Sounds like either the power feed or ground feed running to your switch has a broken wire and some kind of break in the line. Check those first !

  • @ElectricBikeLaboratory

Just enough for the nut to fully thread on basically , but yes it's basically just enough. There are other model (more expensive) motors like QS273 or a more rare QS205 that have a longer axle length that allow for the nut + a lock nut to fully seat. A very good observation on your end ! Thank you for pointing it out 😊👌

Deciding between QS205 + ferrofluid / heatsinks of QS273. Really hate the weight of the 273, the bikes are heavy enough. The 205s can do 10KW which is plenty but the 273s are pretty bulletproof even without mods, tough call!

  • @CaptainCurt07

*Very nice video* for the seat it will cut circulation off to your balls, I modified mine, get longer bolts and put washers in between top 2 bolts to change angle of seat 1” usually and perfect, also you can put a enduro seat with some simple modifications if you need your balls lol but seriously it’s a great modification! The motor cable he spoke of is probably most over looked so great job, if that cable rubs on the rotor you’ll be buying a new rear hub motor! Bakes you may need to adjust few times or bleed air out, I bought a ebike hydraulic brake bleed kit! Great item to have. I got slightly over 5k miles on my bike in 1 yr so Im trying to help here I think this is a great video just to be clear. I would not use all that caulk it’s going to be extremely difficult to remove and you’ll actually get moisture if you leave bike inside air conditioned home then go ride in summer my experience and vise-versa from heat to cold, I never ride in rain and my bike is fine no caulk my sabvoton control is actually under the seat they sell a mount box that bolts underneath just fine, if you want keep battery from getting wet just don’t ride in rain or use very thin rubber gasket self adhesive 1/4” wide or trim smaller is ok. Again just trying to help guys! FYI riding on roadway cars will 100% pullout on you etc so be extremely vigilant and put set mirrors on it! Definitely mandatory if you want to live, I had a truck hit me a few days ago he didn’t have his blinker on was going straight thru intersection then abruptly turned right into me “while riding the shoulder of road” going 15 mph, I was watching and saw him start to turn so I was ok but you gotta pay attention 1000% and just a tip I use brush guards on all my bikes to protect my hands ( gloves of course) when this truck turned into me he hit my handlebars first and they kept me from losing control etc so something to consider, as a note I’ve rode motorcycle 45yrs so but what matters is really paying attention do not assume anything, last month a elderly lady ran a intersection jumped curb knocked down street signs and almost ran me over but I saw her, what I’m saying is pay attention guys don’t think it could never happen, if you ride long enough you’ll understand what I’m saying, and if you have kids don’t let them ever ride along a highway, again if you ride long enough you’ll see why I’m saying this, people just don’t pay attention they’re distracted on cell phones most of the time, one more thing but a set of led rechargeable blinking light, red rear/white front, be safe out there people.

Someone else has asked that question and I looked all over the internet for that bolt type but can't find it. I will report back when I do !

The frame joints don’t look like they will hold very well. I’ve purchased a 60v scooter off of alibaba for $1600 and the frame failed due to metal fatigue. I absolutely see this happening to this stealth bomber clone.

So far we've built about 20 of these and none of them have failed at the frame. They're possibly overbuilt (very heavy). But in any case it is a good thing to watch out for!

Uses" Chinesium bolts". Uses a spacer on the brakes. Doesn't use longer bolts to secure the brakes disc. Locktite is no substitute for thread engagement. FAFO

Hey thanks for the comment! We switched to longer bolts for the brake discs, and the spacers for the rotors are aluminum. Great catch though on your part 😉

Just buy a talaria xxx it’s like 500 bucks cheaper and faster

Just looked it up and Talaria XXX is $4000CAD and only includes 60V 25AH Battery, 47 mph top speed The one in this video is currently $3500CAD and has 72V 55AH Battery, which is more than 2.5X the amount of battery, and can do up to 50mph. Talaria XXX is a sweet bike, but facts are facts. More expensive and same speed if not slightly slower, and a battery that is 2.5x smaller. Maybe you can clarify if I have something wrong here?

Are you stunned? Do the CAD to USD conversion and look at the speed conversion as well that's DOUBLE the battery. I can't stand that Americans don't know math...

Couldn't agree with you more. I have 2 Surrons and a Talaria MX3 , we've never brought a Stealth Bomber to an MX track, it's not made for it at all. It's made to ride the roads and occasional light trails in complete silence (hence stealth) , anything with a heavy hub motor is not an off road machine.
