Wow, this "bike trainer" video is a great find! I really appreciate the creator's detailed demonstration and explanation of how to use a bike trainer properly. As an ebike user, I'm always on the lookout for new and innovative products. Speaking of which, I recently came across a new crowdfunding project for the freebeat Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike. This bike seems absolutely amazing! One of its outstanding features is the ability to be charged when in indoor mode. It's truly mind-blowing how this e-bike combines indoor fitness and outdoor exploration. I can't wait to see this project come to life! Keep up the great work, guys!

Then add 4 inches to that measurement for elevation. Hopefully this helps you. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe. Go with the same design. You may have to make a taller upright post tho and longer boards front to back. For the uprights, measure from the bolt to the ground then add about 3 inches. Then measure the tire at its longest point and add about 2 inches for the side boards.

Not to take away from your work dude, but you can buy foldable factory made stands with adjustable magnetic resistance for the back tire, and a stand for the front wheel included for like 60 euros, probably for less if you find it used. But if you want to make something like this and can make it for free, maybe somehow add a weight to one part of the back wheel (secure it so it has absolutely no chance to fly off and kill someone) so you aren't just spinning a light bicycle wheel through thin air, because that won't get you far fitness wise, help you build muscle or lose a lot of weight.

Thanks for the tip. You know bikes have brakes right? I just lightly press the brakes to add small amount of resistance. Fold up units like you referred to here in Canada cost about $250. This cost $44 and works just fine for myself and many viewers.
