Cabin including galley is...L2440mm x W1500mm x H1500mm plus drawbar @ 1500mm. Hope this helps, Cheers Jason.

Cheers mate! 740kg, I'm in the process of installing brakes now, just waiting on the welder show up, but that'll take it up to 1000kg without changing the axel or suspension.

@@QuadographyAustralia1965 nice one. Hydraulic? Cable? Electric? Currently have Hydraulic on mine, but considering going cable for simplicity. Check it out if u like, pretty average filming and editing on my behalf though 😄

This is fantastic mate. Just superb quality job. I have been considering doing steel frame for my next trailer too. May I ask what is the total weight of the trailer when it was finished? What size steel pipes did you use for the cabin frame width/height/thickness?

Cheers mate! Not sure of weight just yet, but thinking it should be around 500kg? 30mm steel tube, 1500mm W x 1500mm H x2400 L

Thanks@@QuadographyAustralia1965 that's same width as mine. Mine is 1.3m heigh and 2.6 long (so fairly similar). I used 18mm plywood for outer walls, plus more plywood for inside structure. It ended up being a bit heavy though. I'd be really curious to keep in touch and find out how you go with the total weight once it's done.

Hi mate, Cheers! Trailer cabin is L2400mm xH1500 xW1500mm outside measurement, bit less inside as frame is 30mm, plus wall coverings, plus 1500mm drawbar...so total trailer length is 3,900mm. Bed is 6 feet long.
