This is something I've wanted to try for a while. I didn't expect it to be so easy and versatile too! The great thing about making your own sprinkles is firstly, you know exactly what they're made of, but also you can make them any colour or shape you want!
The recipe is simply 200g powdered sugar with 1 egg white (30g roughly).

    Haha I made the same sprinkles yesterday and today I'm watching your video☺️ I was happy like you with these colours😅 I also made galaxy sprinkles with colours violet, pink, navy blue and little white stars and I also added white luster dust. It looks soooo pretty!😍

    Thank you!! Once they’re dry they’re good for a very long time! I’ve already had some for a couple of weeks and they look the same as they did when I made them!

    I have seen some bakers use stencils and they put the Royal icing and scrape it on parchment with the stencils and it can make a lot at once I have not had a chance to try it yet but it looked cool. They also used other shape stencils like if there was little hearts or other shapes.

    I used organic free-range egg whites but pasteurised whites also work ❤

    It's because they air dry quickly. You can place them in an oven to dry out but it's okay to eat raw egg as long as they're either pasteurised or organic/free-range
