i'm so excited to share this hobby with you all! i have a lot of anxiety, especially at night and on days that i can't sleep. keeping my hands busy with small crafts while listening to podcasts has been a very healthy way to consume my time and energy 🌼 i hope that some of you can find this helpful in the same way!
