DIY RUSTIC PRIMITIVE BOWL FILLERS / EASY DIY
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
I loved making the cloth reindeer, gingerbread men and snowman. They will look so cute in my dough bowl come Christmas. They have a rustic primitive look. Might I add they are so easy to make and turn out really cute. Hope you enjoy.

I watched this video while riding in car on way home from Utah...I am not a good traveler but watching you make these cute little bowl fillers kept my mind off the trip....I attempted to comment but no idea where it went. Lost somewhere in Nevada I guess. Thank you for the great video and keeping me calm.

That would be cute!
I never knew about, when you draw out your pattern. Leave it together and sew it myself. So much easier after you cut it out. I'm likely this pattern so cutie. We moved almost, 3 years ago next month. I have alot of my craft stuff packed away. Right ,now no place to do it. I did a reindeer to but, much bigger. I have to find it and stuff it. Thank you,Sandy. Ever morning, I'm KZread and I come across one of your video. Thank you for sharing. My reindeer doesn't have anlers. So I just I'm looking for a branch for mine

A subscriber gave me the idea to sew around the pattern and it makes it so easy. Years ago I would just hand stitch my reindeer while watching tv. They were tree ornaments and I sold a lot of them.
So very cute. Thanks for sharing 🥰

Thank you! I watched your pour videos. My friend that normally splits a craft booth with me does items like that. It is so pretty. Just doesn't go with my farmhouse decor. Although I did send her a picture of some cutting boards that was coated on the end. They were beautiful. I think she might try one. I do have to cut her the boards though...lol
Oh Sandy the deer, gingerbread and snowman are so cute! I love them all!!

I love bowl fillers. I can’t sew so I glue mine. Yours are adorable. What I do is cut off the fingers on knit gloves I buy at the dollar store. Now I have 10 hats for little characters. Just fold the end up. You can make stocking type or beanie. Just subscribed.

with your gingerbread man, you can sew all around and cut up the back and turn....stuff and then stitch up the back. Primitive trick.

I have used them before. Thanks for the reminder!
I think I have some pens that do that. I’m gonna dig them out.
Have you ever tried Frixion pens from Pilot? 😊the ink disappears with friction or heat from an iron or heat gun. I’m not affiliated with them, just my personal favorite ❤
I always keep a jar of grunge mixture in the fridge....

Pretty sure it was some kind of bore worm on that tree. We did have bag worms on our Blue Spruce tree. We sprayed it. Not sure I would know how to grow a mimosa tree...lol

All except the reindeer was muslin. The reindeer was a curtain that I thrifted.

how come your snowman is brown? I never seen a gingerbread snowman.

It is primitive. Like it’s been around a long time. It has a coffee dye on it. Not everyone’s cup of tea and that I understand.

I just finished making it again. I filmed a bit of the process in Silhouette Studio. I don't draw very well! I will attach the pattern to the video. It comes out tomorrow night.
